Get crafty with Yoshi ina handicraft world

Jump into a new Yoshi adventure in a world made of everyday objects—like boxes and paper cups! As Yoshi, you’ll leap up high, gulp down enemies, and set out on a treasure hunt to find all the different collectables. On the flip side, stages can be played backwards, providing new perspectives to explore and new ways to locate some of the more craftily hidden items! this fabled artifact can grant the bearer their wildest dreams! But when the artifact’s gems are sent flying, it falls upon Yoshi and friends to find them. Luckily, saving the day can be cooperative and challenging. Pass a Joy-ConTM controller to a friend to team up as fellow Yoshis. Also, Mellow mode gives Yoshi wings for a breezier experience, which may come in handy! Finding all the flowers, coins, and Poochy Pups is no small feat! For extra protection, suit up in one of the handicraft costumes you can unlock in-game!

Nintendo Switch Yoshi Crafted World Demo


The full release of Yoshi’s Crafted World maybe a little later but Nintendo announced and released a demo of the game last night during the Direct. The free demo is now available to download for all Nintendo Switch players.

Players who want to download the free demo can head to the eShop and download the demo without paying a dime. The free demo features some of the introductory levels of the game and players will be able to explore the levels in the new ‘dual-view’ ability.

This new mechanic allows players to view both sides of the levels which will greatly help them to explore the levels and solve different puzzles. The game very similar to Yoshi’s Woolly World when it comes to visuals however the world is made out of cardboard instead of wool.

This is the first Yoshi game on Nintendo Switch and players are really forward to it. Players will experience the game in 2.5D however the characters are all 3D which offers a unique perspective. The new view mechanic will greatly help the players in playing the game and solving the puzzles much easily this time around.

Yoshi’s Crafted World also features co-op and players can also walk backwards in the game. Both of these features were not present in Yoshi’s Woolly World. Other than these two new mechanics, most of the game plays the same way as the previous Yoshi title.

Yoshi’s Crafted World was originally planned for a 2018 release however it was later pushed into 2019 and now we finally have a confirmed release date for the game. Players will once again jump in the shoes of Yoshi and explore a cardboard made world next month.
